It’s not all white!

When cleaning my latest machine recently I found that white is not an ideal colour as it shows up every little mark and there are many still there afterwards. Washing-up liquid obviously doesn’t do enough and previously I’ve used Muc-off, which I was a little disappointed with. So, what do other people use? All suggestions welcome.

Rats...got a parking ticket on the Brighton seafront top road, south of Kemptown yesterday. Popped down to see the Brighton Breeze which is 100s of VW campervans on Madeira Drive (no diesel emissions issues there as all air cooled petrol, lol). When I got back to my bike, the nice parking man had just done his business but helpfully explained I can only park in a designated motorcycle bay ( you lot prob know this). I had parked in a gap away from cars but in a parking area where cars have to pay and if id walked a few yards would have seen the meter machine which says no motorcycles!
He was helpful as despite me being bang to rights he suggested I appeal as they are quite lenient on first offences (but he didn't say that). So I have....won't hold my breath though but it delays the inevitable!
Worth checking though if you're in certain places......the flexibility of just parking up in any old space is long gone, especially in Brighton. :(

Unofficial club tour to The Dolomites, early June 2016.

Hello everybody. I am just starting to think about arrangements for this trip and would like a response from any club member who is likely to join me so that I know how many to find accommodation for, etc.

What I have in mind is a nine day total (two weekends and the days between) such that the weekends would consist of hard slogging down motorways there and back covering 400+ miles per day, stopping overnight in a biker friendly establishment somewhere around halfway, e.g. Saint-Avold. The reward for this effort is five days playing in some of the world’s most beautiful mountains and negotiating many famous passes, such as the Stelvio and Grossglockner to name but two. A good base for this activity would probably be Bolzano.

If anyone has suggestions for places not to miss or good day rides, just let me know.
