I am organising a charity motorcycle ride out in Aid of the Princess Royal hospital League of Friends who donate equipment and services to patients, wards and the hospital and they do great work.
I have had Multiple sclerosis MS in short and I spent a long time at the Princess Royal Haywards Heath last year, thats when I come up with idea of this ride out to raise funds. I have ridden since i was 18 and along with my family and the great Nurses, doctors and staff of PRH and the passion of getting on my bike again has kept me working hard to keep walking. I ride a 125 now because of my health but I know and hope people will come and support this event.
The event takes place on the on the 1st of September 11.30 am onwards at St Francis social club at the Princess Royal Hospital site and for people who cant find it at PRH it will be well signed or they can contact me. The riders or club can get sponsored or donate for there normal sunday ride out or come down to Eastbourne for fish and chips. All are welcome and 100% of money raised will go to the League of Friends. There is going to be a raffle and on the spot prizes for best bike, cleanest bike etc.
Please spread the word. This is the first one and hope to grow year after year. Any riders who come will be very welcome and have a fun rideout.
