Club Tour 2015 Luxembourg
The club has sent out a number of emails about the club tour which is booked from Saturday 27th June 2015 for 7 nights and returning on Saturday 4th July 2015. The club needs to pay a deposit in October to confirm the room requirements so, to avoid disappointed please ensure you have paid your deposit.
Please note that you do need to be a fully paid up member if you want to book the holiday with us. Also, to secure your booking you must pay £30 deposit (per person) to the club now. You can pay this online (please see email for bank details) with a reference of “your surname + Tour” or by cash or cheque payable to BH&DMC.
Once the club has paid the deposit and you later decide to attend then you will need to book directly with the hotel yourself (details further down) and of course you risk not getting a room and at the price negotiated by the club.
